The location is incredible and the gym is more than adequate. The roof top pool is a beautiful oasis. This place is a gem.

We absolutely loved our stay: the staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel is very stylish, the rooms are cozy and clean. It is also very quiet, which is a huge bonus, so we've returned home happy and rejuvenated. location is top! Oh, and we loved that the hotel has a shuttle to the beach and the stuff member even took us to a nice coffee shop we wanted to go to on our way to the beach. I'd definitely return and definitely recommend this place for stay!

Very nice hotel, cozy and elegant. Not a place for kids really although nothing to stop you from bringing them, it's just besides pool probably not a lot of fun for them. The place gives a relaxing yet upscale feel. Nice touches with fresh grapefruit infused water around the property. The gym has bananas and apples. The pool was very intimate and comfortable, with chairs and a person standing by to take your drink and snack orders.

Classic, elegant and in the heart of downtown Naples where everything is walking distance. Service was exceptional.

Daytime staff was amazing. Had a few challenges with the evening team, but nothing terrible. The evening desk guy seemed preoccupied and not overly helpful. The overnight LATE guy was extremely helpful! The hotel was AMAZING with a great location. Originally booked Naples Grand but SOOOO thankful we switched last minute! We will be BACK!

The common areas are beautiful and the location is perfect. Having free parking is a great bonus. The room was very normal. Nice bathroom, marble floors throughout, and 2 double beds. The best thing about the hotel was the location and free parking. Also, the cleaning staff were very accommodating. Noise level was good.
